Payment Options We only accept payment via PayPal and our online store. This gives us and you the protection in the sale. All payments must be cleared prior to shipping. All payment plans will be done through PayPal.
All Animal Purchases are Final We do not refund the cost of our animals under any exception. Please make sure you are prepared for your new pet or project, and that you understand the overall cost of caring for your new animal.
We do offer payment plans on all of our animals available for sale.
Animals up to $999
A 25% non-refundable deposit will be required to hold any animal(s). The payment plan cannot exceed three months in length. During the plan, you must provide a monthly good faith payment. Animals will not be shipped until payment is made in full.
Animals $1000 to $3000
A 20% non-refundable deposit will be required to hold any animal(s). The payment plan cannot exceed three months in length. During the plan, you must provide a monthly good faith payment. Animals will not be shipped until payment is made in full.
Animals $3000 and over
A 20% non-refundable deposit will be required to hold any animal(s). The payment plan cannot exceed six months in length. During the plan, you must provide a monthly good faith payment. Animals will not be shipped until payment is made in full.
If an animal is to become sick or perish while on a payment plan, a full refund including your deposit will be given.
If you choose to cancel a payment plan or can no longer afford it the non-refundable deposit will be kept.
We Only Ship FedEx Priority Overnight Shipping
$55 flat rate (unless stated otherwise) We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. International shipping must be set up by the buyer.

We will make arrangements for your animal(s) shipment only after full payment has been received. If you have made a purchase through our site and have not heard from us, please contact us at CorchGeckos@gmail.com to begin the shipping discussion.
We only ship through FedEx Priority Overnight. Our shipping days can be Monday-Wednesday for deliveries on Tuesdays-Thursdays only. Temperatures should be between 40 and 85 for home delivery and 35 to 90 for FedEx Ship Center delivery. You can check yours and our weather (87102) here. If weather conditions are not favorable, please contact us prior to purchase about holds.
FedEx Priority Overnight normally arrives by 10:30am at most residential addresses. In more remote areas the delivery time is later. You must be home to sign for the animals when they arrive. We prefer to ship directly to your closest FedEx Ship Center because the animals typically arrive earlier than home delivery and are at room temperature, not on the back of a hot truck driving around. Please note it is a FedEx Ship Center and not a FedEx Office location.
Shipments must be scheduled at least a week in advance.

Always triple check the address you provide us is the correct address for shipment. In addition to your address, we will need your e-mail address and a good phone number to reach you. This goes on the shipment label in case FedEx needs to reach you and is required for live animal shipments.
Gecko Tails Although it is not common, geckos can drop their tails during shipping. Geckos also drop their tailed when they are stressed and for what seems like no reason at all. The dropping of the tail does not have a negative effect on their health or breeding. We are not responsible for the rare occasions that a tail is lost during shipping or dropped while in your custody.
5-Day Health Guarantee
Your animal(s) is guaranteed to be healthy for a full five days after delivery. This guarantee applies only if you are present to receive your animal for home delivery at the time of delivery or receive your animal within two hours of FedEx Ship Center delivery.
Please do your research on how to house and care for your animals before purchasing any. We have no control over how the animals will be looked after or what diseases or parasites they might be exposed to once it leaves our home. Because of this, we can only guarantee the animal to be healthy for five days. Health Issues If your animal exhibits any signs of a health concern within the five-day period, please contact us within 24 hours so that we can try and help remedy the issue before it’s too late. Failure to do so will VOID our guarantee.
Death Due to Improper Care Excluded Proper diet, housing, and temperature are crucial when caring for your new animal. A varied diet of Pangea Crested Gecko CGD and crickets/roaches dusted with calcium is strongly recommended for geckos. Your snake will be on a frozen/thawed diet unless otherwise noted. We can’t guarantee your animal will eat or grow on a poor diet. If you fail to provide your animal with proper nutrition, housing, or the right temperature range it will VOID our guarantee.
*** Geckos are sensitive to heat. We DO NOT recommend providing an external heat source for our geckos. ***
Note on Eating/Feeding When animals are placed into a new environment, they will be slightly stressed. This stress can cause them to eat less. Reptiles, unlike our furry friends, do not require to eat daily. Please give your new animal a week or more of no handling to settle into their new environment.
